From the desk of FRANCESCA WADE
Your life can look right
and still not feel like you.
“What am I doing with my life?”
“I don’t feel like I have a voice.”
“I want to be more confident.”
Most people have never clearly defined who they are. So decisions get made in real time – based on habit, expectation, or what feels right in the moment. Over time, that shapes a life that doesn’t fully feel like them.
When you define who you are,
everything becomes clearer.
You move from doubt and second-guessing ➔
to making decisions that feel consistent and grounded.
Practice Makes Better is my 4-session framework. We work together in focused 1:1 sessions, with structured assignments between each session. We define what actually matters to you, identify what’s been shaping your decisions, and surface what’s getting in the way – then build practices you can return to daily to support how you want to live.
The result is a Guidebook – your purpose, values, and beliefs, and how to express them in how you see yourself and how you show up. Something you return to as you navigate life – change, stress, relationships, work, and growth.
This work requires attention and a willingness to engage.
In the sessions we:
Your decisions make sense to you.
Your life starts to feel like yours.
